(ENG 101) Reading Basic: This course will  allow you improve your reading skills through basic reading concepts.  You will work with a DVD to practice and learn how to improve your reading skills.

(MA 102) Business Math: You should take this course if you need to learn more about the math involved in business. Everyday business math skills will be introduced and explored. 

(MA 103) Consumer Math: In this course you will learn math skills important to prepare you for daily math needs.  Skills include managing finances, business and services occupations.

(MA 104) Algebra I: This courses features eighty-five  interactive lessons enabling you to easily master Algebra.  

(MA 105) Geometry: This course will present you with easy-to-follow procedures for solving problems with lines, angles, circles, and polygon.  You should take this course to help prepare you for college and beyond.  

(SCI 101) Earth & Space Science: In this course you will explore the origins of the universe and focus on celestial bodies including the Sun, the Moon, planets, and stars.  You will also learn about space and all the Earth’s systems.

(SCI 102) Biology: This course will allow you to explore the six kingdoms of life as well as human anatomy and cell biology.

(SCI 103) Chemistry:  Through this course you will gain an understanding of the periodic table and its importance as well as all areas of chemistry.  You will quickly learn to effectively use the scientific method. 

(SCI 104) Physics:  Through this course you will gain knowledge in force and motion, electricity, energy and heat.  You will also have the opportunity to explore modern physics using an interesting and easy to understand method. 

(SOC 102) World History 1: Through this course you will gain a comprehensive overview of essential people, places and events that shaped the world from prehistoric civilizations to the middle ages.    

(SOC 103) World History II:  This course continues the study of essential people, places and events in world history from the Renaissance to the 1800’s. 

(SOC 104) World History III:  Using engaging profiles of international historical figures and key events, you will gain a comprehensive overview of world history from 1900 to present day.

(SOC 105) American Government:  The organization of the US government from the local to the national level is often something only those in government understand.  This course provides you with a look at the events that shaped the development of democracy as well landmark court decisions that shaped the modern structure of our government. 

(Elective 101) Study Skill Strategies:  An excellent course for the college-bound student, this course demonstrates the importance of outlining as an effective reading strategy.  You will learn techniques for outlining paragraphs and longer selections.  In addition, you will  learn how to analyze different text patterns and how to extract clues from the text in order to deepen your understanding.  

(Elective 102) Nutrition Science: This course thoroughly examines nutrition from healthy eating to essential vitamins and minerals based on a theistic philosophy of life.

(Elective 103) Health:  Through this course, you will examine health issues of vital concern to the well-being of the body.  You will study nutrition and mal-nutrition, a well-balanced diet, exercise and physical fitness, CPR, first aid, and major diseases.  This health course is based on biblical principles. 

(Elective 104) Speech Effective communication skills are a must in all aspects of life.  This course examines the different speech presentations and walks you through the preparation and delivery process.   

(Elective 106) Successful Living I:  Through this two-part course you will gain practical life skills that will prepare you for success in all aspects of life from a study of authority to setting short term goals that will take you to success.  This is a humanities course designed around the book of Proverbs found in the Bible. 

Basics of Business Math (Internet Course)  This Internet course will help you to develop basic math skills. You will learn basic mathematical calculations commonly used in business settings  including computing fractions and decimals, the order of operations, and solving equations and word problems.  You will also receive  instruction on the use of a calculator for business applications. 

Building Relationships  (Internet Course) How do you communicate effectively with different types of people in the workplace and get your point across clearly? This series will help you build bridges and improve your relationships. 

Business Communication (Internet Course)  This Internet course teaches the writing skills you will need to effectively communicate in a business setting.  You will learn how to prepare for a writing task, and about strategies and skills for effective word choice, sentence building, and paragraph design. 

Grammar  (Internet Course)  This course will give you the tools you need to improve your grammar skills in a business setting.  You will examine sentence structure in detail as well as punctuation.  Advanced topics include pronoun types, adjectives and adverbs, colons and semicolons, as well as other punctuation, and modifiers. 

Interview Skills  (Internet Course)This series examines the interview process, from obtaining an invitation to an interview to follow-up after the interview.  You will learn the employer's perspective as well as interview preparation.   You will also learn proper interview demeanor, including listening and answering, asking questions, effective communication, and negotiating.   Strategies for getting past screening interviews, navigating tough interviews, resolving objections, and managing the follow-up process are also provided.
